The survival of Nafis-Matris Printing & Packaging Complex, as a member of the great family of Iranian industry, depends on constant support of consumers, and its most fundamental goal is the customer’s satisfaction. In this regard, the senior manager and all of the employees are bound to observe the following principles:
1-Developing moral values and human dignity, as well as increasing skill levels & employee’s satisfaction.
2-Increasing reliability and customer’s satisfaction by creating a suitable mechanism for Customers Relationship Management (CRM).

4-Improving Infrastructure & equipment by mechanizing the production lines.
5-Efforts to improve products quality by creating a Research & Development Unit (R&D).
6-Improving the efficiency and utilizing savings resulted from scale.
In order to materialize the mentioned principles, the Co.’s manager has selected ISO 9001:2008 standard as the Quality Management Standard, and has forced all the employees to meet the requirements and to improve the quality management system constantly, and he will use all his efforts for its establishment, implementation, & maintenance.
